What's the best Chinese food trough in Portland?

Now see? This is a VERY, VERY good question! What's up with Chinese eateries in this town anyway? Portland is famous for their Asian food, so why is it so hard to find good Chinese? Am I not looking in the right places? Did all the good Chinese chefs get sick of our shit and leave? WHAT'S GOING ON HERE? HAAAAALP!! (Ahem. In Questionland.)
