Politics When Lars Attacks: Boycott Google on 9/11

Today seems like a good day to launch our new blog column devoted to tracking the bigotry and absurd logic of a single man: local conservative talk radio host Lars Larson.

Larson's Twitter account has been heating up over the past couple weeks with jabs in various directions. First, a truncated swipe at Commissioner Leonard for... something.

Then he dished out these snide remarks about a transgender teacher coming out in West Linn:

But today Larson takes on a much bigger foe: Google. Larson reveals that the pro-terrorist search engine is not as patriotic as Microsoft! In honor of 9/11, we must use only Bing until Google agrees to transform its Os into dead Osama faces!

When you look up DOUCHEBAG in the dictionary, they have that giant meat-head logo for illustration. Stupid ought to hurt more.

Remember when his giant freeway billboard was plastered with pink paint? And he went crazy on the air about political terrorists and accused the taggers of being potential wife-rapers?

His voice was all shrill and shakey. That was a fun time.

Good luck with boycotting Google. That'll really show the biggest Tech company ever that you mean business. Next he should boycott oxygen and food.

In Lars' defense, on December 7th each year Google does feature a Japanese fighter plane dive bombing a Google logo that looks like the USS Arizona.

Instead of focusing on Lars Larson we should all take time on 9/11 and use Google to watch videos like "9/11 Zero Hour" and the new "Loose Change: An American Coup." Which debuts Sep. 22nd
