coverage here and here.

Adams: No Tolls, No Bridge. Mayor Adams has said it before in the Mercury, but now he's saying it on his own site - tolls and light rail on the Columbia River Crossing are non-negotiable.

Iran Irate: Thousands of Iranians march in dueling protests.

Uh... Meanwhile: Iran may have the capability to create a nuclear weapon?

Keeping the Bear Happy: Obama cuts Bush-era missile systems, Putin is pleased.

Which is Scarier? Scientists creating and implanting "DNA barcodes" or the fact that they're doing so to stop the sale and consumption of illegal wild animal meat?

Bad Seed: Senate and House bow to conservative firestorm and ban federal funds for ACORN.

Google Continues Amassing Mind-Boggling Wealth: via a new ad scheme.

I know that tolls are necessary, but I will argue that light rail is not. At least where Pollard wants to run it. I have said before and I will say it again, it should go out to a park & ride at the Fairgrounds, first. From both sides of Portland. I can't believe that people (tourists) are going to want to ride it to Clark College and then have to find alternate transportation to wherever else they want to go in Vancouver. Nobody has yet to explain to me why it should go to CC. It seems that the biggest reason Vancouverites don't want light rail is because it seems to be mainly for Portlands benefit, and we will be paying for it's upkeep. Make the cost to ride high enough that it will pay its own way.

#parkingday: Anyone know if there's any on-street ping pong action?

ROM - why didn't you bring a ping pong table to our branch office?! We would have played.
