Fournier had previously been excluded from Laurelhurst Park for using a stun gun on a minor, according to police records obtained by KATU. Bullock admitted at the time that "there was a question as to whether I had exceeded my authority."

I remember this guy bitching about Sunday Parkways a few months ago on one of the city's blogs. He was also complaining about "abusive and mentally ill individuals harassing park users."

Someone should look into that, maybe try to capture it on video.
