Politics Threats Against the Life of the President Up 400% Since Obama Took Office

This isn't happening in a vacuum. They really are trying to get him killed. And the Secret Service doesn't have the manpower or the budget to investigate all the threats to the president's life. "Can we get more attention on this now that it's a fiscal discipline issue?" asks Josh Marshall at TPM.

Wait, we can provide security for Hamid Karzai and police two nations half-way around the world, but we don't have the manpower to investigate all the threats to the President's life? That's as fucked up as the stupid crackas causing the problem in the first place.
