Well, it isn't entirely their fault, we aren't doing too well on the superfund cleanups in city limits. Maybe it is all those rebates they keep offering on our utility bills that keeps them from collecting enough money. (j/k)
I don't know which report you read, but the one you've linked here puts Portland Metro at #31, not #10.

Yo PDXwahine! I see where you're getting confused. The Forbes link lists the "Overall Toxic Cities from Best to Worst" and Portland/Vancouver/Beaverton came in near the bottom at 31, OR the tenth worst. If we were #1 we would be the least toxic.
