Artsy / Portland / Film Cinema Project Needs (Cheap!) Office Space!

Local avant-garde and experimental film organization Cinema Project needs new digs. Via a press release sent our way yesterday:
The lease on Cinema Project's donated office space was abruptly canceled. We need a replacement space immediately. As in the past, we are seeking a lessee generous enough to donate space or steeply discount our lease rate. Please contact Autumn at info@cinemapoject.org to suggest any potential leads.
Know of a spot? Let 'em know. Nobody else in town shows the kind of stuff that Cinema Project does; if you've got space or know of some, helping them out would definitely be a good thing to do.
