Questions! Is McMillan not allowed to enter the court during situations like this? As coach, does he have to stay on the sideline?

I believe he is allowed to come on to the court if the injury is serious, much like the training staff does. But I think the proper thing to do is just stand there since he couldn't do anything to help Oden.
