Film Things That Make Kevin Costner :(

Ridley Scott's Robin Hood has a trailer, which, disappointingly, doesn't use the film's shooting title, Gladiator: The Sherwood Forest Years. Embedded below (via ComingSoon); HD here.
That looks fine I guess. I mean, I will go see it, because Ridley Scott knows what he's doing, and I'm a sucker for watching Russell Crowe scream in slow motion before killing a bunch of people, because really, that's what cinema is all about. I wish they would have used a different song, though.

With Ridley Scott and Russel Crowe attached to this movie, the inevitable comparisons to 'Gladiator' will sound like this ... " ... ah Maximus with a bow & arrow, might have seen something like this before".
If the critic reviews don't murder it, I will at least spend some matinee money on it. Agree, Ridley Scott does know what he's doing.
