So if newly appointed senator Scott Brown is our next president—and you KNOW that's what the Republicans are thinking—we will finally have a "first daughter" who was an American Idol finalist! Meet first-daughter-in-waiting Ayla Brown, who made the final 16 on Idol in season five.
Don't give up your day job, Ayla! (Which is watching your father crush my dreams of health care reform. Sob.)
