Oregon Independent, can you clarify? By my read orbit's posts say Clackamas is only passing one of them, Washington county is passing them only by a 15% margin, and that pretty much covers the greater Portland metropolitan area outside of Multnomah county, which of course is very much in favor.

But the hinterland is deciding this election, not the urban areas, and what we've heard so far from them ain't good, if you support the measures.
