Tonight: Fertile Ground

Posted by Alison Hallett on Tue, Jan 26, 2010 at 3:13 PM

It's an unusually busy Tuesday, thanks to the Fertile Ground Festival (and, okay, to that sold-out Patti Smith reading):

Pulp Stage presents a staged reading of Oregon Book Award winner Steve Patterson's The Rewrite Man, which promises Philip K. Dick-esque dystopian sci-fi at the Brody Theater.

At Theater! Theatre!, a staged reading of a play called O'Flannery's Pub, about a family-owned bar and the alcoholic son poised to inherit it.

At Blackfish Gallery, there's a shadow-puppet show that could potentially be kinda cool, called bugged, runs as a double feature with a dance performance called light that lingers.

Find more shows tonight here.
