How did one game go from so boring, to so thrilling, in just a matter of minutes?

Last night's Portland Trail Blazers 96-93 victory over the San Antonio Spurs dragged along until the waning moments of the final quarter until, all of a sudden, the Blazers came alive (like Peter Frampton) and showed themselves the way (again, like Frampton) to victory. Usually a ghost in late game situations, Martell Webster came through with a clutch three-pointer (he was five-for-five from beyond the arch on the night) that resulted in Spurs coach Gregg Popovich doing a HULK SMASH double-fisted punch atop the scorer's table. He beat that thing like a redheaded stepchild, or perhaps, this guy. The win gives the Blazers the first series sweep over the Spurs since the Clinton administration ('96-97), and greatly helps their teetering playoff chances. As if this week wasn't thrilling enough for Portland fans, Brandon Roy will be back for Saturday's game against the Lakers.
