I fucking loved Bronson, and I'm pretty fond of vikings, too—so if you ask me, a viking epic directed by Bronson's Nicholas Winding Refn sounds pretty badass. FilmDrunk just posted a sneak preview for the film, describing the footage thusly:

The two-minute video contains pretty much all the things I like—beheadings, axe killings, disembowelings, shirtless prisoners choke-wrestling, and sharks 69-ing. Okay, maybe not that last one, but poetic license.

The footage is gruesome and weird and great—like Bronson, it definitely feels heavily influenced by Kubrick, but shit, as if that's a bad thing.
