How to Train Your Dragon: Talking people into seeing Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs was like pulling goddamn teeth, but everyone who saw it really enjoyed it. Why? Because it was great. I suspect the same thing's gonna happen with How to Train Your Dragon, a fantastic flick made by the same guys who made the excellent Lilo and Stitch. Go. I promise, it's not like Shrek or Ice Age or whatever. It's good.

Hot Tub Time Machine: Ned gets points for having my favorite headline of the week, "Sucks Capacitor." Alas, Ned also says that Hot Tub Time Machine is pretty shitty. Sorry, Cusack. Get back to making 2013 already!

Greenberg: Alison says Noah Baumbach's latest is "slightly less depressing than his previous work." Hmmph. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

The Red Riding trilogy: Red Riding: 1974 this week, Red Riding: 1980 next week, Red Riding: 1983 the week after. Just ask Matt Davis: Nothing goes better with a plate of fish and chips than brutal, brutal murder!

Neil Young Trunk Show: Neil Young and Jonathan Demme just keep on keepin' on.

Chloe: In which Atom Egoyan bravely attempts to bring back the unmissed genre of the direct-to-video erotic thriller.

Mother: Excuse me? You're telling me that the latest from The Host director Bong Joon-ho does not feature a giant fish monster? Hmmph. I'm not sure how I feel about that.
