Media “It’s not all the kids. It’s just the bad ones.”

Street Roots' April Fools edition is now online. And of course the irony is not lost that the article PDX on Verge of Collapse after Homeless People Invade Downtown is perhaps less outrageous than some of the real suggestions made recently to counter of Portland's Homeless Problem(TM).
“It’s not all the kids. It’s just the bad ones,” says a spokesman for City Hall. “We’re trying to figure out how we separate the good kids, who are just bored and have no community centers to go to downtown, with the street filth who have no home. We want the latter packing back to from whatever shit hole they came from.”
Sounds a bit like "buy 'em all bus tickets," doesn't it? Or perhaps, "can't we privatize the sidewalks?"
