Crime "Mad Hatter" Carjacker on the Loose!

This alert just in from the Portland Police Bureau:
[Last night] at 8:35 p.m., Portland Police were called to the Safeway parking lot at Southeast Cesar Chavez and 39th on a call of a car being stolen at gunpoint. Officers confirmed that a victim had her 1993 light blue Eagle Vision stolen at gunpoint. The suspect is described as a white male aged 30-40. He was last seen wearing a black "top hat" or "mad hatter" style hat, a woman's black wig, a black waist length jacket and mardi gra beads. The license plate of the vehicle is Oregon plate 466DLU. No one was injured during this incident.Anyone who sees this vehicle is asked to call 911.

I have one question: Was the suspect riding a tall bike?
