So yes, this World Cup is coming. It's a big deal that millions and millions and, oh, a couple more millions of people are getting incredibly excited for and it arrives June 11. I've got a little primer in the works for teams to keep an eye on, online resources to follow, and places and pubs to watch it in Portland but in the meantime, this little bit of artness was passed my way.

Portland's Wieden + Kennedy's NYC cousins got so excited about the World Cup that they made posters for each of the thirty-two national teams participating. Some are pretty straightforward and others are kinda, well, alarming—I'm looking at you Australia. I know you call yourself the Socceroos but . . . come on. My favorite is probably a tie between Ghana or Cameroon.

Have a look see here via BuzzFeed.

Also, got a favorite place to watch the match? Various team supporters gathering at a specific place? Email me the details or post in the comments and I'll try to include it.
