Harold Phillips has a recap of the winners on his blog. defunkt's 4.48 Psychosis absolutely swept it—awards for best director and ensemble, and it shared best production honors with Ragtime (whose director, Chris Coleman, also took a best director award). Despite my (minority) conviction that defunkt handled that material poorly, it is good to see a small company get some recognition—last year two suburban companies won for musicals, which felt a little weird. Anyway, click on over to read Phillips' reporting and the full list of winners.
