Al Gore Sex Watch: Police Re-Open Case

Portland Police just announced that they're re-opening the closed case alleging that Al Gore molested massage therapist Molly Hagerty in 2006.

They're not providing any more details at this time, but it could have something to do with the interview that Hagerty granted the National Enquirer. And she has pants with a (five-year-old) stain on them: evidence at last?

Gore's spokesperson released a statement in response to the new Enquirer article:

The Gores cannot comment on every defamatory, misleading, and inaccurate story generated by tabloids. Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He stands by that denial.

Kalee Kreider
Gore family spokesperson

The Enquirer says it didn't pay for Hagerty's first story—when she tipped them off about her 2009 testimony to Portland police—but when KOIN TV asked if they paid for today's, they had "no comment."
