Food KFC Double Down Sandwich: Whooooa... What Does it Mean?

So obviously by now you've seen the video featuring a stupid fucking hippie masturbating to a double rainbow. However, I was wrong in thinking he's the only person in America to get so enthusiastic over a natural occurrence. In this video, a man (actually comedian Alex Blagg) has a very similar reaction after arriving at a Taco Bell/KFC drive through.
