If you go anywhere near the vicinity of the old Music Millennium building at 801 NW 23rd Ave between now and August 7, be prepared to get hit hard with a marketing blitz to entice Portlanders in their 20s, 30s, and 40s into buying a Ford Fiesta, with the "Fiesta Lounge":

I mention this because Local35 is merchandising the lounge/pop-up shop (read more about that on the MOD blog), and also because part of the shebang is a series of free concerts by local bands. So if you can withstand the pressure to buy a front wheel drive subcompact/supermini car, you'll be treated to the following free shows. Oh, and you can take a free Fiesta taxi from the lounge over to the Doug Fir and other local spots, too. Plan your schedule accordingly:
