On this fine Thursday, BP heads to court. In Idaho. I guess the theory is that Idahoans are less biased against BP than residents of the Gulf states.

China: getting more polluted. Anyone remember in 2007 when the NY Times decided to write about how dirty and disgusting China was, every day, for like a month? That was awesome.

Of course, "China getting more polluted" could also read "Chine still produces less pollution per person than the US".
