GOOD MORNING, SMIRK! HOW ARE YOU?

YOUR CRTICISM OF SEN. MCCAIN IS UNFAIR. THERE ARE 100 SENATORS. 88 OF THEM ARE OLDER THAN THE STATE OF ALASKA. ALASKA ONLY BECAME A STATE IN 1959. NOT REALLY THAT LONG AGO.

Note: Make whatever you will of it, but it's a fact that $43,500 can rarely ever be considered "giant legal bills" when it comes to successfully suing a government entity, corporation, or similar.

Your headline about the energy company is inaccurate. At this point there is some evidence that people who work for the state are being investigated but no confirmation that the company is part of the inquiry.

@econoline - Hmm... you're right that it could be misleading. I'll add "sources tell the Oregonian" onto the end of that headline.

$30k doesn't seem like a lot of money between 2008 and present. Still, I'd prefer not to see an Oregon Senator on that list at all.
