Stephen Humphrey; Paris Hilton's coke bust: Tony Montana... and Wm. Stephen Humphrey; Dumb-ass New-Urbanist Sellwood Bridge: Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk; Tomorrow's bad weather: Justin Bieber, for whipping Wm. Stephen Humphrey into such an uncontrollable masturbation frenzy as to change local weather patterns; Worst places to live: Ronald Reagan; Rampaging bull in Spain: Ernest Hemingway. And Wm. Stephen Humphrey.
