?!?!? / Science! Japanese Vagina Slug?

You know when you see something terrifying and you have to share it with someone just so you don't feel alone? Please share my nightmare.

I guess this video has been around for 2009 but I've never seen it before. Does anybody have more information about this mysterious Japanese vagina slug? It seems like one of those fake-o horror shorts aspiring filmmakers sometimes put together to get peoples' attention but it's Just. So. Weird.
