Music New Record Shop Alert: Clinton Street Record & Stereo

There is a new record store in town.
Clinton Street Record & Stereo has just opened its doors at 2510 SE Clinton (the former digs of Q Is For Choir) and will be selling hand-selected records by R. Jared White (DJ Name: DJ MaxxBass) and vintage stereo goodies from Mississippi Records' Aaron Heuberger (DJ Name: I'm not sure he has one). Geared at audiophiles with discerning taste (sadly you will have to go elsewhere for your NOW! That's What I Call Music CD compilations), the store even plans on having refurbished old school headphones, modified "with new guts." While open now Clinton Street Record & Stereo is throwing a proper grand opening shindig on October 1. There will be DJs, beverages, and most importantly, cookies.
