News Portland Rated Safest Traffic City in America! Woot!

NYC has just released their new traffic safety plan. If you're heading back east and you want to see what your chances against cars are, or if you're just a traffic rules nerd, you can check the whole thing out here! What we all might find most interesting though is that Portland (yes, that's us!) has been noted on the charts in this report as being the safest traffic city in the United States! In your face, people who chose to live in other cities and died!
