Transportation This Morning in PDX: A Bad Day to Drive

This wreck occurred on I-84 Powell Ave. westbound just under the SE 18th street walk-over path, blocking off westbound traffic all the way back to god knows how far. Traffic has been redirected through the neighborhoods and down SE Division—so if you're biking today, be careful! The angry, freaked out drivers are out in full force!
