... of a horse wearing a suit and cardboard handcuffs. This wheatpaste showed up today outside the Dekum Building and Huber's, Portland's oldest restaurant. Pretty awesome. I'm all for scraping lazy graffiti off the streets by hand but I hope this stays up for a while.
