BOOOO! Police report that a man in an Oregon State hat robbed a Christmas tree stand that was raising money for a developmental disability nonprofit. From their report:

Monday December 6, 2010 at approximately 7:53 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at a Christmas tree lot at Northeast 82nd Avenue and East Burnside Street in the Safeway parking lot. Officers arrived and learned that the suspect pointed a gun at the Christmas tree lot attendant and demanded money. The victim gave the suspect an undisclosed sum of money and the suspect was last seen running northbound on 82nd from Burnside.

The suspect was described as black male in his early 30's, 6'00", medium build, all black clothing, black ski cap with an "Oregon State" logo on the front, armed with a handgun.
