Portland Coming Soon! Portland Loo No. 4, For All Your No. 1 and No. 2 Needs

In one week, precisely at noon, the city's latest (patented!) "Portland Loo" will mark its ceremonial first flush. It will be Portland's fourth public toilet—and also its most controversial, thanks to outcry from Pearl District NIMBYs who apparently have never, ever, ever been caught outside without a decent place to piss late at night. The new toilet, which will open for business after about a month of work, is over at NW 11th and Johnson.
