As it turns out, that extension of the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy may pay off HUGE dividends for the middle-class. Could it be that Obama was right, and we were...WRONG??

Somewhat luckily for Stockholm, one of the bombs that sent the country into a panic two days ago went off prematurely, squashing the terrorist's plans for mass death.

Gawker's websites get seriously hacked, and the perpetrators release a massive document containing passwords, internal memos, and email addresses. It's kind of like the Wikileaks of smarmy blogs?

The east is getting pummeled with so much snow, it collapsed the roof of the Minneapolis Metrodome.

Antoine Dodsen's "Bed Intruder" wins the most watched YouTube video of the year! (If you refuse to count Justin Bieber, of course... and I'm sure you do.)

Those Germans came close to experiencing Darwinismus in action. That stadium in Nuremberg was built in 1926, hope the modern updates to the design are quite robust!

ONLY TWO WEEKS AGO I READ A COMMENT ON A BLOG BY SOMEONE RAILING ON GIZMODO/DENTON ABOUT THEIR CRAPPY SECURITY (IN A THREATENING MANNER). AND THEN TWO WEEKS LATER THEY GET HACKED! I BLAME THAT COMMENTER. I ONLY WISH I COULD REMEMBER WHERE I READ IT.
