Ang Lee Nearly Created a Giant Hulk Robot

Posted by Paul Constant on Thu, Jan 13, 2011 at 2:42 PM

For his ill-fated Hulk movie, director Ang Lee used computer generated imagery to create the Hulk. But did you know that he almost went with a giant robot Hulk, instead?

Somebody should make a movie about Ang Lee trying to make a movie with his giant robot Hulk. Then something goes wrong with the robot's wiring and the Hulkbot goes on a rampage and Ang Lee has to stop it. It's like Frankenstein meets The Player. I would watch the fuck out of that movie.
