There Will Be No LaMarcus All-Stardridge This Year

This is not a foul if you are an All-Star.
  • This is not a foul if you are an All-Star.

According to a leak obtained by Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports LaMarcus Aldridge has NOT been voted as a reserve for the Western Conference 2011 NBA All-Star team. Looks like his fellow Blazer Wesley Matthews (selected to the Rookie/Sophomore Game) will be the only Portland player joining the source of Wm.™ Steven Humphrey's sleepless nights, Justin Beiber (selected to play in the Celebrity Game), in Los Angeles later this month.

But dry your eyes. There is a slight chance that Aldridge will get in as an injury replacement for Yao Ming. Aldridge or pasty rebounding machine Kevin Love should take Ming's roster spot, but that honor will most likely go to Phoenix Suns' guard Steve Nash.
