Ten-hut, geeks! After months of much jawing and searching, David E. Kelley (Ally McBeal, Boston Legal) has finally found the his perfect gal to star in his Wonder Woman reboot: Friday Night Light's Adrianne Palicki.

Early buzz says that Palicki (who you will also be seeing in the upcoming remake of Red Dawn—in the C. Thomas Howell role, I hope) not only looks the part (hello, hottie!), but can probably play the crap out of the role. UNFORTUNATELY, buzz is also buzzing that Kelley's script is STINKO. Here's the official description:

The series pilot is a reinvention of the iconic DC Comics title in which Wonder Woman — a.k.a. Diana Prince — is a vigilante crime fighter in Los Angeles but also a successful corporate executive and a modern woman trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life.

Auurrhgghh!! That line made my underpants crawl up inside of me. Anyway, good luck, Adrianne! (You'll need it.)
