Politics Mondale, Dukakis, Clinton, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, Obama

Those are my presidential picks since I was old enough to vote—and it killed me at the time, and still kills me now, that I wasn't old enough to vote for Carter in 1980. Bear that in mind if you decide to head over here and join the debate about whether I'm a conservative or a Republican. Also: I'm a pro-choice, pro-drug-legalization, pro-comprehensive-sex-education, pro-gay-marriage, pro-legalized-parostition, pro-porn, pro-single-payer, pro-organized-labor, pro-science, pro-alternative-energy, pro-mass-transit, pro-urban, and pro-threeways, and pro-pot-brownies voter—and I have never, not once in my entire life, pulled the lever for a Republican in a general election.
So: conservative or a Republican? I report, you decide.
