Food Little Big Burger Expands To Mississippi Ave.

I got word from Katie Poppe today that she and co-owner Micah Camden signed off on a second Little Big Burger location. After scrapping plans to open in their former Fats space back in December, and making some preliminary plans in a space on 12th & Hawthorne, the two are taking over the old Blue Gardenia space at 3753 N. Mississippi.
Poppe says opening is about two months out—building's going much smoother in the new space, they learned some valuable lessons last time around—and the menu will be exactly the same as the Pearl District location.
Lets hope Little Big Burger and Lucy's Original can co-exist...it'll be interesting to see if Mississippi Ave. is big enough for both of them. I'll certainly be giving my business to both of them.
