PGE Park? So yesterday.

It's a new league, a spiffy new field, a spankin'-new grandstand and now — that's right, suits! — NEW CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP! Window and door manufacturer extraordinaire Jeld-Wen (based in Klamath Falls, which I'm told lies somewhere deep in the lawless, mountainous region between California and Eugene) now owns the naming rights to the Timbers' home pitch.

So, whaddaya think of PGE Park officially being re-named Jeld-Wen Field?

Yes, more after the jump!

Wish you were at the press conference announcing the deal? Click the pic below, squint your eyes and try to channel the distinctive smell of fresh calking.

With this round, I thee wed. Timbers owner Merritt Paulson, left, hands a fresh-cut round normally reserved for Timber Joeys post-goal celebration to Jeld-Wen President/CEO Rod Wendt.
