Bridgetown just announced the first group of comics coming to the festival, which goes off from April 21-24. Take a look:

Margaret Cho, Kristen Schaal, Andy Dick, Oscar Nuñez, Simon Helberg, Doug Benson, Iliza Shlesinger, Kyle Kinane, Hannibal Buress, Brent Weinbach, James Adomian, Jimmy Dore, Nick Thune, Hari Kondabolu, Moshe Kasher, Kyle Kinane

The list goes on and on. Check it out. Surely as the festival approaches, many more are will be announced. Some of the festival's best gets last year came at the last second.

Nonetheless, it's a damn fine start—a couple of big names like Margret Cho, Andy Dick, and Kristen Schaal, who's just everywhere these days and killing all of the goddamn slots and roles she gets. Plus there are a bunch of comics returning who I couldn't be happier to welcome back—it wouldn't be Bridgetown without the likes of Hari Kondabolu, James Adomian, Moshe Kasher, Brent Weinbach and Kyle Kinane.

Festival passes are available now and on sale. Grab one for $60 bucks here. VIP's are $100 (they let you skip the lines).

Don't blow this. If you're on the fence, just do it. Bopping from show to show for an entire weekend is about as fun as Portland gets. Really, it's no surprise Bridgetown won Punchline Magazine's Best Comedy Festival in the 2010 readers poll.
