Uh, guys — we did have a stimulus. We passed stimulus in 2009 as part of the budget, at practically the same time that the USA did: $40 billion in spending and $20 billion in tax cuts for a total of $60 billion in stimulus spending and cuts.

Also, let us note the deliciousness of Bachmann's campaign pointing to Canada—the same Canada that has a government-run single-payer health care plan—as a beacon of economic hope.
