Ethics "Extreme Couponer" Vs. Walmart: Who's Right? Who's Wrong?

Consumerist brought this sordid story to my attention.
I hate Walmart. I worked for Walmart, and it was one of the worst months of my life. That said, I want to ban April Cuevas from everywhere, too. The customer is not always right, but Walmart is never right. Right? This is a great moral quandary, which, of course, calls for a poll:
