INT. DAY. PORTLAND MERCURY OFFICES.

Effortlessly conveying a charming air of handsomeness, ERIK HENRIKSEN is diligently WORKING at his desk, having arrived to work on time, as usual. Without warning, a disheveled WM. STEVEN HUMPHREY BURSTS IN THE DOOR—unshaven, mouth twitching, bloodshot eyes WIDE OPEN.

ERIK: Morning Ste—
STEVE: How was Transformers!
ERIK: Pretty good.
STEVE: Really?!
ERIK: Well, it's.... Yeah. Y'know, I really liked it, but it's Michael Bay, so it—
STEVE: Yeah great. Tell me: Is it the best Transformers yet?
ERIK: It's definitely less racist than the last one, so tha—
STEVE: 3D!
ERIK: Probably the best since Avata
STEVE: New girl! The one they replaced Megan Fox with!
ERIK: Very pretty. And she has an English accent, which is pre—
STEVE: Awesome.

Steve EXITS in order to hail a cab to Lloyd Cinemas.
