• Still wondering who's gonna be the new boss on The Office? Well, it's not exactly James Spader! Or rather it will be James Spader... but just temporarily, because... oh, GODDAMMIT. Take it away, press release from NBC!

"James will reprise his role as Robert California, this uber-salesman that has a power to convince and manipulate, like a high-class weirdo Jedi warrior,” said Paul Lieberstein, one of the series’ executive producers and a series regular. "He'll have been hired over the summer as the new manager, but within hours, got himself promoted. Within days, he took over the company. James has an energy that is completely his own, and ‘The Office’ has no tools for dealing with this guy. We're thrilled he's joining our cast."

That clears that up. For now.

Charlie Sheen is signed up for a new sitcom, playing the Jack Nicholson role from everybody's favorite film that you've been begging to be turned into a shitty TV show, Anger Management! (Yeah... I didn't remember Anger Management, either. Here's the trailer from the film.

Just remember... we need Charlie Sheen to get another crappy sitcom so he can slip back into anonymity. That's the way TV works.

• Outdoor adventurer and urine enthusiast Bear Grylis returns this coming Monday at 9 pm for another season of Discovery's Man vs. Wild—and this time he's bringing along Brokeback Mountain star Jake Gyllenhaal! And while there are no hot anal sex tent scenes (BOOOOOO!!!), there are a couple of clips of Jakey getting into some seriously dicey shit. Watch 'em here.

• And finally, how about a Shark Week promo that features Lady Gaga's "Show Me Your Teeth"? (You crazy kids these days... with your love for hiphop, Lady Googoo and horrifying shark attacks.)
