Trenched: The Mercury Review Now Exists

Posted by Earnest "Nex" Cavalli on Thu, Jul 21, 2011 at 7:59 PM

Boom.
  • Double Fine
  • Boom.

The Mercury's review of Double Fine's downloadable action RPG/third-person shooter is now available.

I won't give away the verdict, but I will point out that the game features huge explosions, giant robots and satire of both World Wars, Joseph McCarthy and Robert E. Howard. All of that on top of a tower defense game that is equal parts Diablo and Armored Core.

I'm going to stop typing now. Go read the review.
