City Hall Sadly, This Prank Did NOT Happen at Today's Portland City Council Meeting

But it did happen at a recent meeting of the Los Angeles City Council. A "citizen" named Mike Hunt, who signed up to speak on housing issues, somehow decided not to come forward when his name was called. And some poor city councilman had to make like Moe and say Mr. Hunt's name over and over and over. Enjoy.
