Radish Underground Is Turning Three

Posted by Marjorie Skinner on Wed, Oct 5, 2011 at 12:44 PM

Another Portland boutique is rounding the bend on a successful year, and Radish Underground never shies away from throwing a party. For their third birthday they'll host free carnival games through which you can win raffle tickets to either trade in for prizes or use to boost your chances in the drawings that will be happening every hour (you can also just buy raffle tickets). Prizes include "local designer jewelry by Betsy + Iya, Talia Brown Designs, and Sahlia Michelle, Oregon Symphony tickets, a 1hr Massage by Rachael Nordquist, a Gift Certificate for any Fall 2011 UNA top & treats from Ned Ludd Restaurant, Grazie Spoon, Portland Sewing, Body by Vi, Alchemy Goods, Snarky Cards, artist Aaron Trotter, Living Room Theaters, and more."

Sounds like a pretty good haul, right? Check out the raffles: "6pm: The Red Velvet Bib Necklace by Harlow, 7pm: a PICA TBA::12 WORKS pass, 8pm Pixie Project Pooch Package 9pm: a one-of-a-kind Leather Handbag by Martine." AND, Facebook/Twitter followers will have an additional drawing, plus a "Most Social Rad Friend" contest winner, for even more prizes: "A Complimentary Stay at the NEW McMenamins Crystal Hotel, a Julia Catherine Carrabino Tote, and Radish Underground Gift Certificates."

Jesus Christ, Radish, you're making all the other stores look bad.
