Turns out he wears many hats. Down Twinkles, aka Timothy Swenson of Cascadia Forest Defense, is the zombie arrested at yesterday afternoon's Occupy Portland zombie walk:
I'm sure he down twinkled the hell out of his arrest, despite being released later on.
