Portland Monthly got the scoop that Nong Poonsukwattana is opening up a second location of her uber-popular and uber-delicious Nong’s Khao Man Gai in the PSU food cart pod. She's been looking to open a brick & mortar shop with the Chefstable empire for some time, but according to Brooks, the search has been fruitless thus far. In addition to her signature dish, Nong will add "a vegetarian khao man gai and a chicken and rice crowned by peanut sauce" to the menu.
