What Kind of Sociopath Would Remake That Movie?

Posted by Paul Constant on Fri, Dec 9, 2011 at 11:29 AM

I'm on the record as saying the American Psycho movie is one of those rare film adaptations that's better than the book. And so this news is incredibly distressing:

Lionsgate has tapped Noble Jones to write and direct a reimagining of "American Psycho" that will go back to Bret Easton Ellis' 1991 satirical novel, which Mary Harron previously adapted in 2000 as a feature starring Christian Bale.

God, I hope it's in 3D. That would just make everything so much better.
